This project comprised three apartments and an office.
This was a low-energy building in which the E ratings for the various apartments varied between E10 and E42.
This was achieved using extensive insulation and the latest technologies available.
The building complies fully with the standards that apply to building accessibility.
The apartment on the first floor is adapted for disabled users.
